Join us for a special event celebrating the release of Healing Ableism, the powerful new book by author Darla Schumm. In this new release, Schumm invites readers to reconsider the attitudes, assumptions, and systems that continues ableism, and offers a compassionate, justice-centered vision for healing and transformation. Drawing from personal narrative, academic insight, and lived experience within disability communities, Healing Ableism encourages deeper reflection on how we relate to one another and how we can collectively build a more inclusive world.

What You Can Expect:

• 12:15 - 1 PM - Live Interview: Enjoy an in-depth conversation with Darla Schumm as she discusses the inspiration and ideas behind Healing Ableism.

• 1 - 1:30 PM - Audience Q&A: Engage directly with Darla through an open Q&A where attendees can ask questions and explore key themes from the book.
