Service Description
This one-time add-on service supports authors in expanding their visibility by identifying and pitching relevant bookish podcasts. We will research podcasts that align with your genre, themes, and goals, gather submission requirements and contact details, and assist with applying or submitting pitches on your behalf. This service is designed to increase exposure and introduce your work to new reader audiences through podcast features and author interviews. Please note that while we will carefully research and submit applications or pitches, podcast invitations and acceptance are not guaranteed, as final decisions are made by each individual show.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I completely understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled Verse & Voices session, please reach out as soon as possible by emailing me directly at thevanaverse@gmail.com. To ensure enough time for coordination and promotion, I kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you're running into an emergency or unexpected issue, just send me a quick email. I'm happy to work with you to find a new date that works for both of us. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date if rescheduled with appropriate notice.
