Service Description
Chapter and Checklist is a complete event-management service designed to help authors navigate multi-author signings and conventions. We will research events, assist with applications, track deadlines and payments, prepare logistics, and help you stay organized throughout the entire process. (price varies on size of event, optional $150 per month for tracking) Attending Author Quantity: - Between 10-30 authors - $30 per event - Between 31-60 authors - $40 per event - 61+ authors - $50 per event What’s Included: - Researching relevant multi-author events - Identifying events that match your genre and audience - Completing or assisting with event applications Optional: For $150 per month, you also get: - Tracking acceptance status, deadlines, and payments - Preparing logistics such as travel, lodging, and inventory planning - Providing event timelines, checklists, and organization support - Communicating with event organizers as needed Note: The $150 subscription does not begin until your first event is secured, so you’re not paying ongoing fees before momentum starts.
Cancellation Policy
The Chapter and Checklist service is on a performance basis. You will be invoiced at the end of each month for each event secured in that month. If you have the optional tracking add-on, your invoice will show the amount for events secured plus the $100 monthly tracking fee.
