Service Description
Attending multi-author events can be overwhelming with all the moving parts: table fees, payment deadlines, panel/workshop opportunities, hotel blocks, parking details, meal reservations, and last-minute changes. With the Chapter & Checklist service, we handle all the logistics for you so you can focus on showing up and standing out! We will track deadlines, communications, and important updates from event coordinators, making sure you never miss a thing. ***Pricing is per event. If you’d like us to manage multiple events, schedule a consultation to create a custom plan tailored to your needs!
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I completely understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled Verse & Voices session, please reach out as soon as possible by emailing me directly at thevanaverse@gmail.com. To ensure enough time for coordination and promotion, I kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you're running into an emergency or unexpected issue, just send me a quick email. I'm happy to work with you to find a new date that works for both of us. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date if rescheduled with appropriate notice.
