Service Description

Bookstore Bridge is a placement service designed to help indie authors get their books into independent bookstores and brick-and-mortar shops, without you having to cold email, track conversations, or manage outreach yourself! We research bookstores that fit your genre and audience, pitch your book with your media kit, and communicate directly with stores to explore stocking opportunities. Once a store agrees to carry your book, I help coordinate next steps like ordering, shipping options, follow-ups, and relationship management. What’s Included: - Researching bookstores and other literary platforms aligned with your book - Pitching your book to retailers - Tracking bookstore responses and placements - Communicating with stores on your behalf - Coordinating ordering, restocks, and logistics - Supporting potential signing opportunities when available Pricing Structure (Result-Based): - $30 per bookstore that agrees to carry your book - Once the first bookstore is secured, an optional but recommended $100 monthly subscription begins - The optional but recommended subscription covers ongoing management, tracking, follow-ups, and relationship care (should you choose to have us track and manage these details) At the end of each month, you’re invoiced for: - $100 + $30 for each bookstore secured that month - Please note: The monthly subscription does not start until your first bookstore partnership is confirmed. You’re only paying ongoing fees once placement momentum begins. (Friendly reminder: this subscription is optional. You can choose only to receive help on bookstore partnerships, for which the cost would be $30 per bookstore secured).
