Service Description
*Monthly subscription starts at $100, depending on your needs* This monthly subscription service is your behind-the-scenes support for bookstore placement, event opportunities, and outreach coordination. Whether you’re juggling a busy schedule or just not sure where to start, this service makes it easy to stay organized, keep your books visible, and focus on what you love most: writing. What's included: - A curated and maintained bookstore tracker, including websites and contact information for bookstores currently carrying your books - Outreach and pitching on your behalf to various independently owned bookstores to carry your books - Completion and follow-up of author interest forms and submissions on your behalf - Tracking and organization of where your books are sold, payment terms, consignment/wholesale details, and responses, all in a shared drive - Pitching events like signings, book club features, and local bookstore partnerships - Ongoing communication with bookstores you’re already working with, especially for new releases
Cancellation Policy
Life happens, and I completely understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your scheduled Verse & Voices session, please reach out as soon as possible by emailing me directly at thevanaverse@gmail.com. To ensure enough time for coordination and promotion, I kindly ask for at least 7 days’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If you're running into an emergency or unexpected issue, just send me a quick email. I'm happy to work with you to find a new date that works for both of us. Please note: Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a future date if rescheduled with appropriate notice.
